No live-data approval
Before any pilot processes live customer data, Freyta and the customer must determine their roles, provide pilot-specific privacy information and execute a suitable DPA. No planned provider or integration is represented as an active subprocessor before its actual use, contract and transfer position have been verified.
Release is fail-closed: purpose, data categories, retention, access roles, TOMs and every enabled subprocessor must be documented in the customer DPA and schedules before live access.

Where Freyta is controller, requests for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection can be sent to info@freyta.eu. Pilot-specific information will be supplied before onboarding.
The German version is authoritative where legally permitted.
