These terms are addressed exclusively to businesses. An individual design-partner pilot is additionally governed by the agreed scope of services, pilot conditions and commercial terms; those terms take precedence in case of conflict.
Scope
Freyta supports the preparation and handling of transport and dispatch processes. The precise functionality, data access, approval rules and pilot period are set out in the individual agreement.
Accounts and access rights
The customer nominates authorised users and manages permissions carefully. Credentials must remain confidential and must not be shared with third parties. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to Freyta without delay.
Control and approvals
The web app does not replace the customer’s professional, legal or commercial review. Binding communication, bookings or other legally consequential actions occur only within the expressly agreed scope and under the agreed human approval controls.
Customer responsibilities
The customer provides lawful data and instructions, respects data-subject rights and ensures that only authorised people use the service. The service must not be used for unlawful, unsafe or harmful purposes.
Privacy, availability and liability
The web-app privacy notice applies to personal data. Where Freyta processes data on the customer’s behalf, the parties enter into a DPA before live data access. During the pilot phase, maintenance, security work and necessary changes may temporarily limit availability. Liability, remuneration, term, termination and other commercial provisions are agreed individually; mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; Munich is the place of jurisdiction where permitted.
The German-language terms are the authoritative version where legally permitted; this English translation is provided for convenience.
