A DPA under Article 28 GDPR is mandatory before Freyta accesses live shipment, mailbox or master data. This public overview is not itself a contract.
Website and contact enquiries
Enquiries are delivered through Vercel and Resend to the Freyta mailbox; no separate lead database is used. This website processing is not covered by a customer-specific DPA for operational data.
Core principles
- Processing only for the agreed pilot and product purpose.
- Customer operational data must never be used by Freyta or any third party to train general models.
- Documented subprocessors and advance notice of changes.
- Technical and organisational measures for access, documentation, deletion and separation of customer data.
- Appropriate assistance with data-subject requests, deletion and evidence questions.
Before the pilot begins
The parties agree a DPA tailored to the actual pilot, including purposes, data categories, TOMs, subprocessors, deletion periods and contacts. Before live-data access, Freyta verifies and documents the necessary agreements with every provider actually used.
